Forgive me, but it seems that as you would have it, we should all just shut up about the markets, roll-over and take it any way it is delivered. . . >all tounge-in-cheek<. . . Along those same lines of thinking, we should pay all your traffic tickets without contest, even when the officer is wrong. . . .don't bother even looking at your credit card statements, no company would ever charge you for something you did not buy. . . and by all means, believe every word from the mouth of every politician and government agency. . . nobody would lie to Americans. . . . and when we are sued, we should just pay whatever is asked. . . no muss. . no fuss. . . right? I am sorry for the crude analogy, but I fight back. . . always. Can't help it. . . .just the way I was made. EXAMPLE: Been fighting to get back about 20 little $96 charges made fraudulently by a company called Essentials [who is being charged by the states of NY and MN Attorney Generals]. Never did biz with them, yet they found a way to charge 3 of our accounts monthly. One of them was an account that had been closed for nearly a year. Granted most of us would never even notice the charge. I did. . . my wife did. And after about 20 hours on the phone, we've had all but a few of the charges refunded. So when we see OBVIOUS abuses in the markets, should we all just roll over and take it? Or should some of us fight back? You don't have to fight. But shouldn't someone? Rande Is
