Yup,, but I don't necessarily agree with his logic. The euro was pasted because the US$ had a bear rally, IMHO. Fast furious and out of nowhere. I'm not sure at what time trading stops on the DX, but I think that it stayed at the exact same quote for the entire DJ selloff.

you and Tip did a great job on the napm etc today....

I'm really wondering, given the issue of confidence, if gold's story is in fact the bottom line... clean sweep of all the alternatives including bonds... something i've thought before, but somehow more today... possibly another early tangent to be sure... what's your feel at the moment?
