If your condo fee is a tax it is one you signed up for. Someone gave you a paper and you signed it. It might have been in a stack of other papers that you where signing mechanically. You might regret signing it <g>, but it isn't an imaginary contract. It does have some simularities to a tax but you don't have to renounce your citizenship and spirit your money off to some island country to avoid paying it.

Utility bills are based on usage.

Not all of them.

Really? You don't know that difference between how citizens manage their private property and the obligations a government places on its citizens?

It's as if you went on a physics thread and argued that protons are the same as neutrons.

It's as fundamental a difference as freedom and slavery.
