I still remember Ellison saying things were fine back in January and February as he was selling millions of shares....and insiders are STILL selling ORCL, even down here. Carly is trying to save her butt with this deal....seems like a disaster in the making to me, and I suspect it won't ever get done. I would avoid HWP like the plague.
