Otherwise we might go to ~1300. I am amazed at the amount of disbelief out there that the stocks can go lower. The way I see it, most stocks are fairly priced. However, there is no reason to believe they cannot be as undervalued in the future as they were overvalued a year ago. I am not predicting the end of world here, but there is a very real possibility of that, and no one wants to consider it. Personally, long a go I decided not to catch a falling knife or try to sell at the top. It has served me well. I look at my longs and on average they are down ~12%. I look at my shorts, and on average they're up 50%. So there is little question in my mind which way the stocks are headed and I do not usually argue with the tape.

Hi Mike,

I'm not sure that would be good (to miss megapain). If no megapain - then it might be a long bottom bouncing drag along a continued consolidation.

Both price actions build technical strength.

Telecom, box makers, and Ems sectors rotating to new lows now.

I still think we have to test April and any good shake out worth its salt momentarily violates the previous low. We have to be taken to the abyss and the ground must fall - and then hold.gulp
