I know the VNCI news release I highlighted doesn't, on the surface, seem all that impressive. Here's a post from RB which supports the point I was trying to get across in terms of the significance of landing military contracts:

Skane--looks like they're about to take your stop order on VLNK. What happened was that daytrade wolfpack is now shorting VLNK and buying EBTB. I predict the same thing that happened with VLNK will happen with EBTB.
