Well, I was going to say that that might be too expensive to gain support - but given the cost of regular prisons, who knows <g>

Still, I don't like the idea of treating criminals differently because of their genes: it still seems to be excusing the behaviour. IMO an explanation still does not make an excuse...

Does this mean you're in favor of preventive detention, detaining people who we think MIGHT commit an offense but haven't yet?
