Eliminating the estate tax will mean that the 4500 richest taxpayers will get a tax cut equal to that received by 140 million Americans in low and moderate income households.

The problem with that comment is those 4500 would have to die in 2010 for this to be a true statement. The estate tax comes back into force in 2011 with only a million dollar exemption. The only year it is eliminated is 2010. Thus, I think the comment in the article is disingenuous. Don't you?
