Good morning Julius, I see that you have Fid Real Estate in Neutral ranking. I have had this fund for a few years and was in the red big times until recently now it is going down fast again.

Your Neutral ranking how do you arrive at it? Every day I check their 10 top holdings and the current interest rate do you have something that gives you a better story on each fund. I need to decide if I should stay with it or park my money someplace else I am retired and just need to increase my capital for when ever I will have the need to start withdrawing monies for everyday living.
