I would hardly call it capitulation myself. I might believe it if the Nasdaq traded 3 billion shares or more but not now. Elliot wave does not look complete to me on the downside anyway. They're just looking for excuses to rally which is fine because it's another opportunity to short. This market will be testing the lows and they won't hold. For the longer term, there are still too many people looking for that bottom. They call it every few friggin days.

But I'll agree that rallies should be respected when they come, because it won't be a straight shot down.
