I believe that we are all in this together and those that have should share a greater burden so that those that don't can have a better chance. So I say the tax cut if any at all should have been a tax rebate independent of taxes to all filers for the same amount of monies. thus it would have been an effective. And yes I do believe in the redistribution of wealth it keeps societies from collapsing, do want the US to collapse?
