We definitely disagree here. I think people should have to earn their money, not have it given to them by a government that took it from a hard working person. Too many damn hands out looking for a free ride.

So I say the tax cut if any at all should have been a tax rebate independent of taxes

Then you couldn't call it a tax cut.
