Isn't it true that a lot of stocks trade at 2X to several times their value, including tech as tech holders wait for recovery?

Was metals supposed to be the only sector where stocks sold at no more than their value?

Not whining, just trying to understand why he made that statement.

oh...and i thought that this might of caught ya attention:

This is confirmed by a chart produced by Mr Lassonde which shows that
AngloGold, Barrick and Placer have now become financial companies making more money managing the float on
their hedge book than actually mining.
