John the Yahoo link indicated 4 insiders purchasing around 2.2m shares. That represents a little less than 1% of the stock. It was in July after the SAP announcment but I just saw it on yahoo (haven't checked since mid august).

Its just in the year + of following the stock its the first buys I've seen. Its better that at least some are buying vs. the continued selling. Still have to wait till earnings and options repricing b/4 stock should moves. I'd expect mgmt to still build up the deferred revenue and sales to try and close any deal after 9/30.
