i know that a number of 300mm fabs are still underway, specifically one in taiwan and another in china, so the industry is moving forward, just more slowly than before.

i agree goldlink is quite a venture. from their website, i understand it is installed in 35 sites now. depends on when and what they can start charging for it.

Just a point of caution (gained from experience - been
in the market since the early 50's)...PE RATIOS ARE THE
RESULT of price movement - NOT THE CAUSE.
