I SAR'd the short and am now flat in the futures. Got back what I lost on the short with the long. Why didn't I hold the long? I am in a state of high distrust when it comes to longs. When price tells me it's safer, I'll do more than minute scalps.

JRI, the little pause (around 9:55) after the initial spike of the lows is probably the highest probability long scalp there is. TA-wise is usually just a little pennant or flag and Elliott-wise, well, we know things move in at least 3's, so the pause is almost always buyable.

Gotta turn now. Any more than this and we will have a real mess on our hands. The pop will look like a bulltrap backed by many technical failures (i.e., reversed breakouts).
