Jim, fundies on several food related stocks are very attractive. Another sector worth a look at is health care. There's got to be some great plays in this area based on the graying of the baby boomers. These baby boomers are also figuring greatly in the labor stats. Take a look at this Jim: stats.bls.gov I don't know if the unemployment stats have been massaged or not. There's probably some tampering in every human endeavor. First hand reports from people describing what they are seeing in their neck of the woods is probably the best gauge anyway. My state has experienced population loss over the last few years and is therefore one of the least affected by the current economic slowdown...at least so far. We've gained new employment from exploding casino and entertainment growth and a developing biotech niche. Sergio
