I am wondering how America and Americans just stand by while two young American girls--Heather Mercer and Dana Curry--face hanging in Afghanistan for simply teaching others about Christianity? Where is the outcry? Even under a Republican administration, it seems we have become impotent in the face of third world dictators! If we do absolutely nothing here, we might as well replace "In God We Trust" with a new motto--"The World's Punching Bag."

JLA, Websters says this. a person obstinately or intolerantly devoted to his or her own opinions and prejudices. Sounds like you. I tolerate all religions, I just do not believe in them. I judge them as I see them, never in advance and one by one. I have not seen all religions, but the sample I have seen is control based and wants money....to do good works = spread the word. As for the US parties jailed in Afghanistan. Did they minister to their own or did they try to convert others to be christians? Trying to convert others is illegal there. They were probably warned that they should not do this. Even so they will be expelled and not killed. This is an example of a control based cult that wants money....a typical religion Bill
