I saw that as well? Doesn't make much sense does it? So I ignored it. But it looks like the rumor, as silly as it appears, got bought. Go figure.

It might make some sense to just secure a commitment for financing that would put to rest the fully-funded question under any but the most pessimistic cash flow scenario. No need to take it down if not needed, but there to scare the folks who are crying bankruptcy. The commitment fee might just be the price of lighting a fire under the shorts.
