I always like WRE. I live in the DC area. Problem is that it gets expensive sometimes. It is probably fairly priced in the $20.00-23.50 range in my mind, but there is nothing wrong with paying a little extra for a long term investor. They have some great properties, but I think the FFO growth will be less for 2-3 years if the economy continues to weaken. The major point is that they will still grow FFO since many expiring leases are way below market rents. Of course, a deep recession would have much higher vacancies short term.

Good lesson learned with UHT. Even though you sold too early, a few hours later, it proved to be wise. Never wrong to take a profit in a down market. I don't know why it was running today. Traditionally, health care REITs are the least prone to a weak economy, though HNHP,HR and especially HCN exhibited weakness today, so ... go figure.
