Zeev?

I just read it and it read to me just to be issued until May 2001, the next milestone when that report was written.

Look at the table on page 38 and read the footnotes. They were tedious to type out in this message (http://www.siliconinvestor.com/readmsg.aspx?msgid=16312203), but I included the critical portion of them about the fact that the numbers include all shares, those already issued, and the share amounts yet to be issued, which includes the amount to be issued to SanDisk should they decide to increase their ownership to 24%. On this latter point, we should find out by October of this year (i.e. soon<g>), which is the deadline for SanDisk is to make their decision. We read on page 23:

"SanDisk also holds warrants which allows it by notice given to us by October 2001 to invest an additional $81 million to purchase an additional 2,700,000 shares, on substantially the same terms, including the establishment of wafer credits, as its committed investment. The warrants must be exercised in whole and not in part."
