MM, your first comments, and several others are in regard to the feds stock market valuation model, which you can find at www.edyardeni.com I said the "entire market" is at 16. You can look it up. The pe on the Russell 3000 was just under 17 on Monday and has gotten lower since. You are way too bright to site the S&P 500 as representative of the market. I would indeed have bought equities in 1974. If you are a momentum shorter, this is your moment in time, and I offer my sincere congratulations. I don't think you have much time left, and I would give it about a 75% probability that the nasdaq sees 3250 within 2 years.
