"Business design" is The Abracadabra. Yes. I agree.

That's why Thuraya and ACeS make money, and Globalstar doesn't. It's not the technology, Mq, it's the business design. That's why successful businessmen/women are the highest paid people in earth. Bill Gates didn't invent DOS or Windows, but he bought the rights from the people who did, and sold the product to the rest of us.

Warren Buffet never invented a product in his life, and I don't think he even owns any company that needs a patent to survive.

Same thing could have been said for Sam Walton (founder of WalMart). All he did was figure out what we needed/wanted, and how to sell it to us.

Nobody ever went broke selling the customer exactly what he/she wanted at a price he/she was willing to pay.
