I saw the agenda for tomorrow's meeting. Unfortunately, I can't open the August 31, 2001 report which I presume has some recommendations.

I'll gamble a dollar or two: Nokia will be putting GPRS handsets on the shelves, with or without PBCCH/PCCCH IoT, this Fall. How's that for a hedge?

Who can do the IoT? Nokia? Or is that not its problem?

Sounds like these guys were kind of close to the problem in December 2000, but I'm no expert. Perhaps they only sideswiped it.
