scroll down to pictures of 3 notebooks and directly under the pictures it says "View all models". If you put your cursor on the words (link) "View all models" you will see "javascript:winopen(..............)" at the bottom of the page above the start button.

Are you clicking on this link or are you trying to open this link in another window? You must just click on it.

It works for me, so I have no idea whats wrong. Javascript turned on?

Thanks for a complete description of the problem. I followed thecow's link yesterday and all my settings were as required already. With Netscape 4.72 the link doesn't open either. I just get 'document:done'.
