Gottfried and all,

Many thanks to all. I think I found the problem using Langa's BrowserTune. It appears I had blocked "popups" in my Naviscope configuration. Unblocking that seemed to have solved most of the problem as those links now open. They apparently must run from a Javascript. I have to run to the office now, but will run the full battery of Langa tests tonight and report back to the thread.

Bless you all for your knowledge and willingness to help.

Marty

Martin (and Gottfried), looking at the source we see:
javascript:winopen('/us/en/bsd/products/chassispopup_inspn_notebooks.htm',
'Chassis','width=550,height=550,resizable=yes,toolbar=no,scrollbars=yes')

Notice the "width=550,height=550". I wondered if trying to run this script on a machine set at 640x480 would prevent the new window from properly opening. I tried it but it still opened OK. If you are running at 640x480 you may want to try 800x600 just to see if that makes a difference.
