Who knows. Maybe Jain even suggested the idea. Allen can get the tax write-off, possibly against a realized gain he has generated somewhere else in his portfolio, and Infospace can repurchase its shares at a discount to both its per share book value and it's net cash per share.

Either Allen sold on open market and the INSP would be a 0.50 Stock -- Or Jain bough them and made it look like it was bullish

It's neither bullish or Bad

INSP just pissed away 30 some Millon dollars

I would like to see INSP complete all the news announcements it needs to (like the Paperless Promo's and the o/s portal) AND THEN watch as Insides begin buying again. That would make me very happy.

I hope the reason we are not seeing insiders buying now is because of cautions from legal dept and the lawsuits. Once they make a list of material announcements, it would seem the insiders would be less likely of being accused of insider trading.

News from Diego and Charter may be possible here in the near future.
