AMAT is acting like a Proxy of the SOX and NASDAQ. QQQ (120-33) is even more volatile than AMAT (115-34)! We can be sure that when AMAT goes up to say 100, QQQ will not be far behind. Most, if not all, of the Non-AMAT stocks I listed are components of QQQ. So QQQ is really a Good Alternative.

Yes, it's good to buy Options little at a time. As you gain confidence you can add later especially when the Options become cheaper. Just be prepared also to add when we see unmistakable signs that the Market is Really on its way Up.

Here is something to remember: --- AMAT's Prices during the Last quarter of the year is usually Cheaper than the Prices during the First quarter of the following year.
