I figure the bottom is still the spring bottom. That would make a lot of sense. How much gloomier can you get than EOD last Friday? Zero optimism. But over the weekend the analysts were pretty much telling us those who dare to buy now should be well-rewarded. I think the message got through. If I were a short (and I wish I were this last month) I'd be off to Hawaii to enjoy my winnings. Only so much blood you can squeeze out of these decimated stocks. Also a longer recession has now been priced in, including whatever warnings we get about this Q.
