It may end up that way, but that announcement only refers to the NYBOT (who trades stuff like coffee and fresh frozen OJ).

Mish, Not yet. The big board and Nasdaq won't make an announcement until this evening. I doubt they will reopen tomorrow, but Monday seems like a long time. The backup may not be there, but they can still open. I just don't know what they'll do about the firms that were in the WTC. And that won't be a problem that will be solved by Monday, either.
