Oleg, after an attempt on his life, Hitler was said to have given the following orders:

1. Make a list of suspects.
2. Shoot them all.

I hope that we don't get so carried away in our anger, but will carefully investigate and focus our response only on the true culprits.

Oleg, I'm deeply saddened by the tragedy today. America is such an open society and becomes vulnerable to terrorist attacks. In the eyes of the attackers their cowardly acts were a success. What's to prevent them from attacking again? How does America strike a balance between civil liberty and security?
