Well, it's still only speculation that bin Laden is to blame - although he was my second thought, too, after I decided that the remaining Palestinian movements were neither so well-organised nor so likely to aim such attacks against the US rather than directly against Israeli targets. The US - and Britain, likely and willing to follow in any response, if we can - will hopefully also avoid acting on speculation, too...
