Unless we want a rerun, we need to remember Vietnam, how we got sucked in, how we fought on bottled USA water 8000 miles from home against people we bombed into "submission" -- and lost, because we weren't right. And what it did to us here, in the 70's. Our corporate culture probably comes right out of that follow the leader and toe the line bull. You know the main lesson out of Vietnam? Don't believe government propoganda (the news)... like the Gulf of Tonkin attack. I'm 100% with you on eradicating any terrorist threats. But let's also deal with the root of the problem, no peace in the Middle East.
