Not at all and that is my point. We go where we have to and make that clear from the start. If Afghanistan blocks their border we blow our way through. But we don't limit it to Afghanistan. If we need to follow up from there and go into Jordan then we continue on from one to the other until every stinking nest is cleared out. If we try to make an "example" of Afghanistan by declaring war on them and limit it to that, we have botched the whole thing.

The terrorist network is international and non-national by its nature. Declaring war on a single nation is counter productive. It actually advances the terrorists agenda. They can declare more injustice when a nation who never claimed them as their own is bombed.
