I have never been to Israel, or to the West Bank....Some of the thread viewers that have been to both areas could make some suggestions.

But there is a historical precedent. When World War I ended thare were thousands of problems between various countries that need to be solved quickly or another round of attacks would start anew. The person that resolved these serious conflicts was Woodrow Wilson. He stayed in Europe long after the war ended to resolve these disputes. The American Press called him King Woody, the Europeans would have made him King of Europe.

We need someone of international stature to mediate the thousands of petty disputes and then have both parties agree to honor them....Someone like Jimmy Carter.
