Easier said than done. The U.S., acting in concert with other nations, including other Arab nations, should demand that the Taliban in Afghanistan deliver the goods--bin Ladin and his group--or face the consequences of harboring criminals who have committed genocide, not on "infidels" as the extremists would have the world believe, but on what the Koran, the holy book of Muslims, regards as "people of the book." The phrase "people of the book" is the correct term to use in branding the extremists with an act that goes against their own Koran.

Meanwhile, I would like to see an international agreement banning the use of the Globalstar system by any terrorist, extremist group. What would such an agreement achieve? It would highlight a key characteristic of Globalstar--the ability to communicate with near 100 percent reliability and near zero percent probability of being monitored.
