we still need to forgive and forget

u and I will need to agree to disagree.

I rather see George Bush plead to the rest of the world to put sanctions on Afghanistan and any of Afghanistan's allies.

IMO, thats a long drawn out process. How long did the world have sanctions on South Africa, before things changed there ?

cheers, kumar

Tech--

Last time we went after Bin Laden we hit a building that actually had nothing to do with Bin Laden and made pharmaceutical products for sick people.

I hope you won't mind being reminded that the target was Saddam Hussein.

>> we still need to forgive and forget.

There will be a time to forgive, but only after we have neutralized the enemy's ability to harm us. We must never forget. To do so would be to dishonor the lives that were lost on September 11, 2001.

>> No need to start another war and kill more people.

There is a compelling need to confront evil forcefully. The period preceding WWII proved that ignoring it only allows it to grow powerful.

Perhaps a little less time on stocks and a little more delving into the lessons of history would be in order.

No need to start another war and kill more people.

It seems to me that the war is already started.
