I've had some firefighting training and would have likely gone up had it been my job. As long as the heat is above you and you have water the heat don't get you. I don't think any one realised that the design would cause it to collaps in on itself in such a dramitic way as it did. All the support was in the outer walls with none in the center. I would not have thought of that. Jim
