True, but if they strike before we do, we lose another battle. Just think, it is said that a baggy of anthrax sprinkled from the top of the Empire State Building will kill millions. I think Bush should act with due haste.

I've got a better idea. Let's offer these used-camel traders a deal: If they don't kill any more Europeans or Americans, we won't nuke Mecca. If everybody ticks to the agreement, nobody dies.
