Think of it: Wage Two Concurrent Wars 1) Feed the hungry and shelter the homeless 2) Find, Capture and Punish the Terrorists This approach would cause tremendous problems (ideological) for the Radical Muslims, because they could not explain away our humanitarian actions. Historical Precedent: During the great depression in this country foreign socialistic organizations offered free food at many soup kitchens.
