G, Some economic talk as a change of pace. M.
It strikes me that box makers, mainframe folks, chips, cell phones, storage, software will benefit. Particularly cell phones. My wife has ordered me to get one. I would imagine folks all over the country(world) who dont have them will be buying them now.
Co's would be dell, sunw, ibm, hp,txn, intc, msft, nok, emc, orcl.

Retail sales will be down this quarter but I think there will be a release Christmas time that will make it a big season.
Airlines will be bailed out but for shareholders will it be enough?
Insurance companies take a hit but it is a one timer.
Big caps will do better than small and midcaps reversing that trend.

Just some random thoughts to take mind off the other stuff.
Military equipment will be a good bet.

G,

real-life serial killers. They have no social conscience and taking an innocent life means nothing to them. They cannot be rehabilitated.

I am not saying that they will, only that it is possible. Before St. Paul was a Saint, he was known as Saul of Tarsus. He was a mass murderer, his victims including women and children. My only point being you never know where you will find redemption.

Regards,

Brian
