Wall Street is DOA, they will all be flocking to lower risk locations in droves now.

The main life blood of NYC, the financial district is finished.

In this era of electronic trading a central location makes no sense, far better to spread the financial machine across the landscape.

Low rise and non discript, this is the new mantra of the future.

And what about apartments, the London Times has an advertisement for a new 52 story apartment building in NYC. The top floors are $10M. Now if you are this rich, after last week would you want to live in a penthouse location. NYC real estate will enter a period of decline, weath will flee, as it will in many large city locations.

All the best
