I hope we have enough sense to publicize substantial rewards among the afgan people for information leading to ban laden and his followers, plus immigration of entire family to any country, education for their children, etc......we should do the same elsewhere with respect to any other terrorist figure. Make it so that their own mother would be tempted to turn them in for the prize.
