It is my sense that we are headed into another Vietnam like conflict. Those of us old enough to remember those days are aware that America suffered for far too many years. The present emotional state aside I am doubtful many younger Americans truly can imagine the years of suffering that befell so many families of this nation. I suggest that in this age of instant gratification none of us understands the duration of the war we are proposing. I for one am worried sick about it. The loss of life going forward could become staggering. This will not be the video game like war that was staged in the Gulf and for this I am frightened. I say a prayer for those in charge of making the decisions going forward and pray that they make the right ones. Scott
