IMHO, Palestinians should not be punished for the Nazi Holocaust. Nor should they be punished for the work of the Taliban. This is akin to punishing American war veterans for the work of Timothy McVeigh. If Bin-Laden committed this crime, and if the Taliban is indeed supporting/hiding him, then a case can be made for attacking the Taliban.
