No, we don't know who these people are. As I said in my first post, our task in this war is to find out who they are, and that is a task not for the military, but for the FBI and the Intelligence community. An operation this size will have left tracks, following those tracks effectively and using them to unravel the web is a much more important task than making brave speeches and flinging missiles.

We may never have sufficient grounds for extradition. That is why we should simply dispose of them. And yes, we will get some of the wrong people. That's the nature of war.
