My conversation with my son as we rode to school covered aspects of C and C++ and how the are related. I don't expect a draft at all. The enemy we face is small in number and uses stealth to do it's dirty work. This does not require what most think of as conventional armies. This is the work of small well trained and very hi-tech on the ground supported by overwhelming force from on high.
