I believe aliens should not be given the same constitutional rights as citizens. If law enforcement could wiretap or do surveilance on non-citizens without a court order, perhaps it would be easier to stop terrorism. Perhaps non-citizens should not have the right to bear arms, or allowed to be detained by authorities without having to press charges. This would encourage a lot of people to obtain citizenship.
