i was talking most about the open---i don't know about now--but we have been upticking since your remark.But there remains always the problem---what if a day came when there were NO shorts,such as this morning---you have TOTAL PANIC.A market can NOT function without shorts -- shorts in fact protect a market from catastrophe.max well thatwas an ugly finish,all pops were sold in the last hour--Hands you need real buyers now--badly.

Hedge Funds have said(the source was NOT given,on trader talk) they will be shorting when indicated--their statement was "it is not time to lose their discipline you can't wear your heart on your sleeve in the market place" ---

Hands--hope all goes well--i know this is the biggest worry with my mom,as she tends to topple over----this a major operation and i will pray she comes through. Regards shorters--it has become apperent at the breakdoewn of todays axtivities,it was JohnQPublic in large not selling,but the pros were going about their business,as usual. Message is you either have to play the game there way of simply stay out of the market(if you go buy on a patrioc move,the pros (Hedge Funds in the main) will act in there own interest. I am now looking for buys that are screaming buys--that is they have become undervalued. But i have been resaerching at snails pace. WCOM is one telcom i have under watch.Max
