Here's something from the "isn't that odd?" category. I filled out two online forms today -- one to reserve a car and one for a hotel. In both cases, when I selected "country" from the drop-down list, the first two countries were United States and Afganistan. I hadn't noticed that before. Of course, US usually comes first, followed by alphabetical listings.
